My Thoughts: First of all, if eating bacon will help me look like author Christina Dymock, I'm in! This cookbook is rapidly becoming a family favorite. Not only does it contain great recipes, but Christina offers so great tips on preparing bacon. There is a section for breakfast, another for lunch, and of course dinner. There is also a secant for side dishes and....wait for it...Sweets treats! 

The book is laid out beautifully, with pictures and easy to follow recipes. This is not a fussy pain-in-the-neck cookbook with ridiculously ingredients that takes hours to hunt down, with I LOVE!  Every recipe I've tried tasted wonderful! So far I have cooked/baked the Breakfast Bowls, the Waffle Sandwich, Bacon Dog, and the Smothered Bacon Chicken. I can't recommend this cookbook enough. HIGHLY recommend!
